1Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated policies published by ts138:
- "ts138" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming service operated under the brand name ts138, accessible at https://ts138.bet and its associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
- "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of ts138 and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
- "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ts138 platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the registered ts138 player account associated with a unique username and email address through which the Player accesses platform services.
- "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole account currency used on the ts138 platform.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, video poker hand, or other ts138 product.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by ts138 to a Player under a specific promotional offer.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ts138 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and place of residence in accordance with anti-money laundering standards.
- "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
2Eligibility
Access to and use of the ts138 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account or placing a Bet, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age. ts138 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, and we reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of a commercial entity or third party.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- Online betting is not explicitly prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ts138, or of any company providing software or gaming services to ts138, in a capacity that would give you an unfair advantage on the platform.
- You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. ts138 reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.
Note for Indonesian Players: ts138 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Players from outside Indonesia may be subject to additional verification requirements or restrictions at ts138's sole discretion.
3Account Registration
To access real-money betting and gaming services on ts138, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:
- You may hold only one (1) Account on the ts138 platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
- All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false registration information may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Should any details change, you must update your Account profile promptly or notify ts138 customer support.
- ts138 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
- Account registration is free of charge. ts138 does not levy a fee for opening or maintaining a Player Account.
As part of our KYC obligations, ts138 may
require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM) and proof of address issued within the last three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from ts138 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
4Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. ts138 strongly recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for an additional layer of security.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or agents claiming to act on your behalf.
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Contact ts138 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
ts138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. Any Bets placed or transactions made through your Account are considered to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.
Security Warning: ts138 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at

5Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ts138 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits:
- ts138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported payment methods are subject to change at ts138's discretion.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard.
- Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly. Processing delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider are outside ts138's control.
- All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts may be declined and refunded, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is technically not possible, in which case an alternative same-name method may be used.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on a banking day will generally be processed the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on non-banking days will be processed on the next available banking day.
- KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is approved. ts138 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification.
- ts138 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
- ts138 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests of any amount at its sole discretion, which may result in temporary processing delays.
Important: Funds deposited into your ts138 Account are held separately from ts138 operational funds in accordance with responsible platform management standards, ensuring that your balance is available for withdrawal at all times subject to these Terms.
7Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on ts138 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant product sections of the platform:
- A Bet is confirmed only when ts138's systems have accepted and recorded it. A Bet that has been placed but not confirmed due to a system error, network interruption, or odds change is not a valid Bet.
- ts138 reserves the right to void any Bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, game settings, or system configuration. In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.
- Minimum and maximum Bet limits apply to all products on the platform and are displayed at the point of betting. Limits may vary by game type, market, event, or Player account status.
- For sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — official competition rules and the decisions of the relevant governing body shall be final in determining the outcome of any settled Bet.
- For live casino products powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, the decisions of the live dealer and the game's built-in rules engine are final and binding.
- For crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, the random number generator outcome recorded by ts138's system at the time the round concludes is the definitive result.
- Bets placed on mix parlay (accumulator) markets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. Partial wins on mix parlay bets are not available unless specifically stated within the relevant market rules.
- ts138 does not accept Bets from Players who may have access to privileged, inside, or non-public information that could confer an unfair advantage on any market or event.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ts138 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to guarantee a profit from promotional offers.
- Using the ts138 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. ts138 actively monitors for suspicious transaction patterns and will report concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to mask your true geographic location.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive communication with ts138 customer support agents or other Players via any platform channel.
- Reverse-engineering, copying, scraping, or attempting to extract data from the ts138 platform without express written authorization.
9Responsible Gaming
ts138 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting ts138 customer support. Self-excluded accounts will not receive marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property
All content on the ts138 platform — including but not limited to the ts138 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ts138 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ts138 content without express prior written permission from ts138. Unauthorized use of ts138 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ts138 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the ts138 platform.
- Any loss of funds, profits, or opportunity resulting from interruptions, technical failures, or errors on the platform, provided that ts138 acts reasonably to restore service.
- Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the ts138 platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional materials.
- Any unauthorized third-party access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
In all circumstances where ts138's liability cannot be entirely excluded, ts138's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ts138 Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer: The ts138 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ts138 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
12Termination
ts138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if ts138 reasonably believes that:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- The Account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require ts138 to cease operating the Account.
- The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, ts138 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure is not the result of a breach — for example, voluntary closure by the Player — any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting ts138 customer support through the live chat channel available on the platform.
13Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ts138 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to Players in Indonesia confer rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude those rights.
ts138 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing the ts138 platform complies with the laws of their own country of residence. ts138 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate for, or lawfully available to, Players in every jurisdiction.
14Amendments
ts138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at https://ts138.bet/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, ts138 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the ts138 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.
